By accessing the website at https://heinigeracademy.com.au, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on WA Dog Grooming Academy’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Modify or copy the materials;

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Petbarn Practical Course

If at any time during the Practical Course the Student breaches or does not comply with the Work Health and Safety and Animal Welfare policies, the student may be asked to exit the course.

It is the responsibility of the student to complete the requirements of the accredited certification course. If the student is not able to complete any of the learning outcomes within the Practical Course due to absenteeism or other reasons, WA Dog Grooming Academy will, to the best of its ability, endeavor to make alternative arrangements with the student but is not responsible for the completion of the certification requirements.

At any stage during the Practical Course that the Student exits the course prior to its completion, WA Dog Grooming Academy will refund the Student a percentage of the Practical Course Fee component calculated by reference to the uncompleted portion of the course.

REFUND POLICY

We will issue refunds when:

• • A course has been cancelled by Animal Sciences Training Services;

• • A training participant notifies WA Dog Grooming Academy of withdrawal in writing 10 days prior to commencement of training;

• • The process indicates that a training participant does not need to undertake the course or parts of the course.

Partial refunds will be made to students for any part of a course not commenced by a student, less administration fees.

Refunds will be made within 5 working days of a request from a student.

All training is devised for a minimum number of participants, and WA Dog Grooming Academy reserves the right to cancel courses or defer courses up to 48 hours prior to commencement. Any fees paid will be refunded, or an alternative course will be offered.

WA Dog Grooming Academy’s financial arrangements operate in such a way that refund moneys are always available. Fees and charges comply with the requirements identified in the AQTF.
