Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you
can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase — eg your receipt.
If you believe the goods are faulty, prior to returning any goods to us, please contact us to arrange the return. You will be responsible for the
item until it reaches us, this includes safe packaging of the item as well as the cost of returning the item to us. Please keep the receipts
for those return costs because if the item is confirmed to be faulty we will refund reasonable postage or transportation costs to you.
The actual guarantee for each item varies, see the individual item details for further information. Clothing items purchased are not covered against fading after 30 days from date of purchase.
